R-Bar Gullet Bar – Thorowgood, Kent & Masters & Fairfax

Designed for compatible Thorowgood, Kent & Masters and Fairfax saddles with the R-Bar system, these interchangeable gullet bars allow the tree width to be adjusted as your horse’s shape changes. Ideal for young horses, those returning to work or horses whose musculature varies throughout the year, R-Bars help keep your saddle fitting as comfortably as possible.

Manufactured to the original specification, R-Bars are available in a range of widths and can be fitted to compatible saddles with ease when installed correctly.

Please note: Changing the gullet bar adjusts the width of the saddle tree only and does not ensure the saddle fits correctly in every aspect. We always recommend a professional saddle fitting assessment after any width adjustment to ensure your horse’s comfort and performance.
